After a rather quick goal by Nbwana Farid Busana the Harambee Sand Star in the first 2 minute in the first quarter, Ghana Black Sharks took total control,bouncing back with an equalizing goal by Aziz Kofi putting the two teams at par.
Ghana Black Sharks took the lead doubling their tally before the end of the second quarter. The second and the third quarter saw much goals from the Ghanaians side sealing the game with 7 goals to 1. Ghana Black Sharks won 10:3 in their first leg.

Harambee Sand Stars had an impressive performance eventhough the Black Sharks never underestimated them, but played with a determined team spirit and a winning mentality as assistant coach of the Ghana Black Sharks opined.”The Kenyan side were good giving us a great competition but our team came into the game determine to win with that winning mentality and team spirit” he said.
Assistant coach Theophilus Armah who commended the team for an outstanding performance urge stakeholders especially those in the corporate world to support the team as they go to the tournament. He added the team will likely resume training as soon as possible which will be in consultation with the technical team and the Association. He thank all the fans who came out in their numbers to support the team.
Ghana Black Sharks have successfully qualified to AFCON 2016 Beach Soccer in Nigeria.
