Nigerian musician Praise Ugbede Adejo, popularly referred to as Praiz, is excited by Bisola’s performance in the second edition of Big Brother Naija reality show.
Praiz and Bisola were contestants in the 2008 edition of Project Fame West Africa music reality show, which featured raw music talents from across West Africa in Nigeria.
That edition saw Nii Soul from Ghana lose to Iyanya who won the competition. Bisola placed fourth, while Praiz was the second runner-up.
Just before the finale of the Big Brother Naija reality show, Praiz took to his Instagram to campaign for his former housemate Bisola.
Though Bisola lost to Efe, Praiz told JoyNews’ MzGee in an interview that he is proud of her.
“It is not easy basically but I mean I am so happy to see how far she has come and the recognition she is getting right now,” he said.
Praiz is confident the Big Brother Naija platform will set the tone for her to achieve more.
In the video below, Praiz talks about venturing into secular music, asking those who criticise him for not following his father’s footsteps to become a pastor, to stop being hypocrites.
