Harry Kane wants more goals to clinch Golden Boot

Harry Kane is aiming to reach 30 Premier League goals for the first time in his career after scoring four in a brilliant destruction at Leicester.
The Tottenham striker wants a repeat at Hull on the final day after moving to 26 goals for the season, two above Romelu Lukaku in the race for the golden boot.
Craig Shakespeare’s side were beaten 6-1 at the King Power Stadium, the joint-biggest loss by a reigning Premier League champion after Manchester United to neighbours City in 2011.
‘To score four for the first time, it’s a good time to do it,’ said Kane. ‘I was looking to score a couple of goals, I was looking to take the golden boot into the last game, but now I’m in the driving seat.
‘I’m not resting on my laurels, and I’ll go to Hull looking to get four more hopefully.’
Kane, who is looking to retain his title as the top-flight’s leading marksman, has now become only the fifth Premier League player to score 25 goals or more in consecutive seasons.
Speaking on Sky Sports, Sportsmail columnist Jamie Carragher said: ‘All strikers who say it’s all about the three points are all liars. You can see with the smile on his face, Lukaku won’t be able to sleep tonight. He won’t.’

Mauricio Pochettino said there was no reason for the 23-year-old to leave Tottenham.

The Spurs manager said: ‘He’s fantastic again, he fights to be top scorer in the league. He’s one of the best strikers in the world.
‘I’ve told you many times we’ll keep the players we want to keep, and sell those we want to sell. It’s possible things can happen in the summer but we are so calm about our key players. We have a very exciting project, there’s no reasons for Kane to want to leave the club.
‘We’ll look to improve the squad again in the summer, and play exciting football. Our aim is to win something now.’

Heung-Min Son scored a brace to take his season’s total to 21, meaning Spurs now have three players surpassing the 20-goal mark with Kane and Dele Alli. No other Premier League club has matched that feat.
The loss is a major blow to Shakespeare, who is looking to get the manager’s job full-time and admitted words had been said in the dressing room.
‘We were totally second best,’ said Shakespeare. ‘When they scored the third goal I didn’t see enough desire to defend as a team it drained us of any belief. They looked like scoring every time. I have to take responsibility for that in choosing attacking formation but at 3-1, we looked a forlorn side. You get beat 6-1, there are no positives.’

Son Heung-min also scored twice as Tottenham demolished 6-1 on Thursday night
