The Assembly Man for the community who is also a brother to the affected husband, Isaac Akpakudi, managed to whisk the suspect away from the mob.

The two were dragged before elders of the community for hearing .
The Mmaratohene of the community, Nana Yaw Amenyenu, who presided over the matter said this is the third time the suspect has been accused of such an offence.
He said the elders will meet and prescribe sanctions in line with the Akan taboos and culture and then hand the suspect over to the Police.
Speaking to the media, the husband of the cheating wife, popularly known as Small Baya, said he has been suspecting his wife, with whom he has three children, of infidelity for over a month before he caught her in the act.
