Becoming Entrepreneur
A recent survey found that more than 70% people want to be some sort of entrepreneurs. Becoming entrepreneurs’ is something many people admire and wish but the question is how many people are ready to pay the price to become that entrepreneur? It is estimated that about 5% of graduates think of self-employment and only 2 become employed after graduation. Now the question is . Where do you stand? Do you want to be among the 95% who search for non-existing jobs or the 5% who think of self-employment and the 2% who actually become self-employed?
Who is an entrepreneur?
An entrepreneur is someone who organizes resources to undertake a business venture and assumes both benefits and the risk thereof.
Entrepreneurship is a little bit different to business; business is all about making profit. Entrepreneurship is also about business but goes beyond business by impacting the lives of others positively. Entrepreneurship that impacts positively on people in a particular community is called social entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurs do business not only with the view of making profit but with the mindset of helping solve a particular problem within a community through their enterprise.
What is business?
Business is providing solution for reward. Business anything legal done to earn a living. Businessmen provide solutions to a problem and are rewarded for creating such solutions. They add value to products and services for financial rewards.




Why do you want to be entrepreneur?
Many people enter into business for many reasons. These are some of the reasons why many people enter into business. More than 100 entrepreneurs were asked why they wanted to be entrepreneurs and these were some of the answers they gave….

4. To turn my idea into business.
5. To have time for my family
6. I am tired of looking for job
7. I was laid off from work

Why entrepreneurs are important?
 They create jobs
 They make products and service available to us
 The create wealth
 The solve the problem of unemployment
 The put money into the system
 The contribute to government earning.
 The add value to life. They are a business to others business.
