Supreme Court overturns ruling seeking to compel NIB to pay over $120m

The Supreme Court has overturned an earlier ruling by the Appeals court that compelled NIB to pay over 120 million dollars in Judgment debt.
According to the court, ruling by the high and Appeals court has to be set aside; the identity of issuers of the promissory cannot be identitied, raising issues with the capacity of investors.
