Black Stars captain Asamoah Gyan and a host of sports personalities are commiserating with Ghana giants Kumasi Asante Kotoko after losing an official in a team bus crash Wednesday.
Ghana was thrown into a state of shock when news broke that the team is involved in a fatal accident on the Accra-Kumasi Highway at Nkawkaw in the late hours of Wednesday. The equipment manager of the club Kofi Asare lost his life on the spot as some players and managers sustained injuries.
Gyan took to Twitter to offer his condolence:
“My thoughts and prayers are with the management, playing body and the supporters of Kumasi Asante Kotoko on this fatal accident.”
Other premier league teams including archrivals Accra Hearts of Oak have also condoled the Porcupine Warriors.

I scored my first goal for Al Hilal yesterday in our 4-0 win.
