MANCHESTER CITY have agreed to pay £50m for Kyle Walker.
Tottenham have played hardball and City have finally met their valuation.
There are a few details still to iron out but the transfer has moved closer and City expect Walker to be their player shortly.
City have chased Walker since the end of last season with Bacary Sagna and Pablo Zabaleta leaving the club.
And Tottenham have moved to extend Kieran Trippier’s contract.
Trippier overtook Walker to become Tottenham’s first choice left back following a row between Walker and manager Mauricio Pochettino.
Walker was left out of the side for the derby with Arsenal and the FA Cup semi-final.
City are also closing in on a deal for Benjamin Mendy as they go about looking to sign three full-backs.
But a deal for Dani Alves fell through when he decided to join PSG instead.
