Stop wasting time on GHAMRO – Guru tells Musicians

Hiplife artiste Guru has called on musicians to stop wasting time criticising executives of the Ghana Music Rights Organization (GHAMRO) and rather take the bull by the horn by approaching the private sector for support.

The ‘Kokompe’ hit maker who recognised the efforts of some executives of GHAMRO on his twitter page cited that some ideas and support seem to be lacking in the industry since they always complain about the same issue all the time.




According to Guru, it’s about time musicians stood up to fight for their welfare rather than depending on GHAMRO.

Guru, who is set to release his newest single ‘Problem’ on 1st August 2017, said that there must be more individual investors like the owners of Zylofon media and others to help built the Ghana music industry.
