Manchester United do not want Serge Aurier: Other targets not being pursued now either

MANCHESTER UNITED are not interested in signing Serge Aurier from Paris Saint-Germain, reports now claim.
It has been suggested Jose Mourinho has been chasing the Ivory Coast international right-back.

And United had looked set to pay £27million for the PSG star, despite his ban from entering the UK which is being appealed.

Personal terms and a five-year contract at United were also said to have been sorted with Aurier ahead of a proposed move.

However, according to Sky Sports, United have poured cold water on claims any agreement has been reached.

It is said the Red Devils do not want to sign Aurier, who would have offered competition for Antonio Valencia.
And Sky Sports also add United are not currently pursuing other targets either.

A move for Inter Milan winger Ivan Perisic has dragged out for some time.

Following Nemanja Matic’s arrival for £40m from Chelsea on Monday, it is said no more signings are on their way.
Jose Mourinho has so far seen Romelu Lukaku, Victor Lindelof and Matic added to his squad for a combined total of around £145m.
However, it is claimed Manchester United may have to offload some players before allowing any other arrivals.

The futures of Chris Smalling, Marouane Fellaini and Anthony Martial are all in some doubt.
