Arsene Wenger mocked by Manchester United fans after Arsenal bid £92m for Thomas Lemar

ARSENE WENGER has been hammered by Manchester United fans on Twitter after Arsenal bid £92million for Thomas Lemar on deadline day.
Arsenal were looking to sign the Monaco winger on deadline day as they prepared for life without Alexis Sanchez, who seemed certain to join Manchester City.
Wenger has admitted Arsenal bid £92m for Lemar, but the 21-year-old rejected a move to the Emirates in favour of staying in Ligue 1.




Manchester United fans have criticised Arsenal and Wenger for the huge offer, with the Gunners manager having labelled the £89m United paid Juventus for Paul Pogba last year as “completely crazy”.
