Liverpool news: Jurgen Klopp tracking PSG star Javier Pastore for January move

LIVERPOOL are tracking PSG star Javier Pastore ahead of a possible January transfer, according to reports.
Liverpool may opt to spend big in January with the Reds currently toiling under Jurgen Klopp.

Last night’s 3-3 Champions League draw against Sevilla was in keeping with an inconsistent campaign, full of attacking flair but crippled by dodgy defending.

Liverpool may also have to deal with the departure of Emre Can, who is free to negotiate with other clubs in January with his contract expiring at the end of the campaign.

And TransferMarketWeb say the Reds have now joined the race for PSG midfielder Pastore.
The Argentina international has divided opinion since signing for the Ligue 1 giants from Palermo in 2011.

Pastore has clocked up 236 appearances for PSG but just five of those have come this season.

The midfielder also had to deal with the humiliation of having his No10 shirt given to club talisman Neymar over the summer.

However, Liverpool are not the only club keen to lure Pastore away from the Parc des Princes.
TransferMarketWeb say Roma and Sevilla are also keen.

Roma could move for Pastore as they aim to end their long wait for the Serie A title.

Sevilla, meanwhile, are looking to build on a promising start to life under Eduardo Berizzo.

Inter Milan and AC Milan have also been credited with an interest in the past.
