2018 AWC: CAF Inspection Team To Land In Ghana Dec.6

A CAF delegation will be on a four-day visit to Ghana to inspect facilities for the next year’s African Women’s Championship (AWC) on December 6.

The delegation will inspect facilities such as Stadia, Hotel and other infrastructures in the capital, Accra, towards the successful organization of the thirteenth edition of the biennial tournament scheduled from 17 November to 1 December 2018.
The tournament also doubles as the African qualifiers to the 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup. The top three teams will qualify for the World Cup in France

The Local Organizing Committee (LOC) led my hon. Freda Peprah has started preparations ahead of CAF’s visit.
