Economic challenges shouldn’t stop you from celebrating Christmas – Asiedu Nketia

General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress, Johnson Asiedu Nketia, has urged Ghanaians to thank God for the gift of life no matter the situation they find themselves in as we celebrate Christmas.

In an interview with GhanaWeb, he said, ” Once you have the year going round to come and meet you, in whatever situation you find yourself thank God, thank Allah for your life”.

According to him although the nation is facing some economic challenges, that should not stop Ghanaians from celebrating the birth of Christ.

He said, “We may not be having the best economic conditions now but where there is life there is hope so I wish all Ghanaians a Merry Christmas”.
