It’s deeply funny, perhaps even pathetic and shameful that after insulting the organisers of the annual Ghana Music Awards and having said the worst about the Award scheme, Shatta Wale says he will attend the ceremony this year, “by hook or crook.”
Since Shatta Wale’s last rant against the organisers which became a defamation case, and sort of claiming the scheme is unworthy of his participation, nothing has largely changed—yet he’s to come back and participate, and also grace the event.
Speaking on Zylofon Fm this morning, Wale said:
“My team is deliberating on picking the nomination forms,” he said adding that, “I will attend this year’s ceremony by hook or crook. I will attend even if I am not invited.”
Let’s hope he is talking about another VGMAs and not the one “Apotoyewa folks” initiated.
