Zylofon Media finally reacts to rumours of signing Sarkodie

After the signing of dancehall artiste Shatta Wale, Zionfelix.net has heard many Ghanaians saying that Zylofon Media will soon add rapper Sarkodie to the artistes on Zylofon Music.

Close friends of the entertainment company have on several occasions disclosed that they have heard that the Nana Appiah Mensah-owned firm has started talks with the ‘Adonai’ hitmaker but Samuel Atuobi Baah, Head of Communication for the company has told Zionfelix.net that there is no iota of truth in the hearsay.

Mr. Atuobi Baah answering Zionfelix.net at the launch of Zylofon Cash last Friday disclosed that the musician real name Michael Owusu Addo is just a friend to the company like him, Adomako Felix popularly called Zionfelix, host of Celebrity Ride With Zionfelix show and boss of zionfelix.net. According to him, the fact that he, Zionfelix comes to Zylofon Media office often does not mean the company is planning of signing him so the public should dump the rumour of Sarkodie joining Zylofon Music into a trash bin.

He further communicated that “Zylofon Media has not taken a decision of signing any artiste”.

“Zylofon Media has not signed Zionfelix but you are our friend. You come to our office anytime of your choice and same as we calling on you anytime we need your help. The fact that you often visit us does not mean we are about to sign you. There are friends and business people of this company. Everybody in the entertainment industry is a friend to Zylofon Media including him Sarkodie. As it stands now, Zylofon Media has not taken a decision to sign any artiste but all musicians in the country are friends of Zylofon Media.” Sammy Flex explained.

Artistes signed on Zylofon Music include Kumi Guitar, Obibini, Becca, Joyce Blessing, Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale.
