CHELSEA boss Antonio Conte says he has absolutely “no interest” in discussing whether he will shake hands with Jose Mourinho on Sunday.
Earlier this year Mourinho seemed to infer that Conte was a “clown”.
Conte then suggested Mourinho had “senile dementia” before the Manchester United boss responded with a jibe about the Chelsea manager’s charge for match-fixing, which he was cleared in 2016.
Conte called Mourinho a “little man” and a “fake” and vowed that he wouldn’t forget the Portuguese’s comments.
With Chelsea due to meet United on Sunday, Conte was asked about his relationship with Mourinho and said: “I think in the past both have said things.
“For me it is ok, I am not interested about talking about this topic.”
When asked specifically if he would shake hands with Mourinho, he added: “I am not interested in this (topic).”
Conte was more willing to open up on the significance of Sunday’s match and said United will pose a physical threat to his side.
He said: “United are always dangerous.
“They have fantastic players and this team is very physical, they have a great physicality.
“We must pay great attention because when you play Manchester United you have to know that anything can happen. “It is a massive game for us and we have to do the best and do 120% of our strength to try to get three points.”
