My presence in Ghana music killed Ernest Opoku’s music career – Bro Sammy brags

Sometimes it does happen that the rise of someone in every field can cause the dim of the other. This scenario is paramount in our music industry as arguably the rise of Sarkodie overshadowed colleague rapper Quata Budukusu.

Similarly, the self-professed Nation’s Worshiper commonly known as Brother Sammy has stated without mincing words that his appearance in the gospel scene overshadowed Ernest Opoku Junior. He made this pronouncement when he made an appearance on the popular Delay Show.

According to the worshiper, gospel musician Ernest Opoku is a midget in his sight as far as Ghana gospel music is concerned. To him, the tone used by Ernest Opoku to sing isn’t genuine.

“Ernest Opoku is a small boy in my sight… Everyone in Ghana knows Ernest Opoku sings like Oware Junior. Ernest Opoku used my voice. He faked my voice to be in the limelight but today he is fading gradually and I’m on top.”
