Old Vandals Association Tema Donate to Heart of Father Orphanage Home

Old Vandals Association Tema(OVAT), Alumni of Commonwealth Hall on Saturday 31st March 2018 donated to the Heart of Father Orphanage Home at Old Ningo during the Easter session.

The Delegation of the branch, as part of their corporate social responsibility donated items worth in excess of GHS4,000.00 and also presented some clothes for the upkeep of the children of the home.

The President of the Branch, Mr. Frederick Dodoo, expressed the need to support the underprivileged children in our society.

Mr. Frederick Dodoo, who presented the items on behalf of the association took the opportunity to share with the children some valuable lessons that would enable them to utilize their talent. He also urged the staff of the orphanage home to keep on supporting the children.

Members present, also spent their Easter moment, motivating and sharing their experiences in life with the children.

Mr. Frederick, finally added that the initiative by OVAT will be an annual event.

“We hope to have this on an annual basis to touch lives every Easter” he said . He called on all Old Vandals in Tema to also join the Association.

Meanwhile, Old Vandals Association, the Alumni of Commonwealth Hall have branches in the nine (9) Regional Capital, with Global Chapters in North America , UK, Australia, Dubai and China. Brong Ahafo Region Old Vandals Association was recently inaugurated which saw new executives of the branch, ushered into office.
