I love Patapaa, Ghanaians should stop mocking him – Samini

Dancehall act Samini has revealed in an interview with Abeiku Santana on his ‘ATUU’ show on UTV that he loves Patapaa and Ghanaians should stop mocking him.

Samini disclosed in that interview that he took a picture with Patapaa at the VGMAs because he likes Patapaa and he is a fan.

Asked by the host, why he likes Patapaa, he answered; “I love surprise stories like that, and it proves that there’s a living God who blesses His children when they are not even aware because nobody expected Patapaa to blow and now he’s going places”.




Samini also revealed in that interview that, he was disappointed when Patapaa couldn’t win the Song of the year at the 2018 VGMAs because his song was everywhere and that even in a club in Brooklyn, USA, Black Americans were jamming to his song ‘One Corner’
