I have not been arrested – Bisa Kdei debunks US arrest rumours

Highlife musician Bisa Kdei has debunked reports that he was arrested in the United States of America (USA).

According to the reports, Bisa Kdei was apprehended by the police for shooting a video for his newly released single ‘Asew’ at an unauthorized location.

In a report monitored by YEN.com.gh on GHone TV, it has been established that Bisa Kdei was not arrested as widely reported.

Rather, he had permit issues with the security authorities about the location for his music video, but that never resulted in an arrest as was reported.



The permit issue, according to Bisa Kdei, has been sorted out and everything is fine now.

Bisa Kdei is Ghana’s youngest musician in the High life game.

He has released hit upon hit songs in the past including ‘Mansa’, ‘Samina’ ‘Odo’, and many others.

Bisa is current promoting his latest single ‘Asew’, the very song which brought him the reported ‘wahala’ in the US.
