Georgina Wood ‘helped’ Anas to pass his law exam – Kennedy Agaypong alleges

Outspoken Member of Parliament for Assin Central, Kennedy Agyapong has accused the former Chief Justice, Her Ladyship Madam Georgina Theodora Wood of allegedly manipulating the Ghana Law School to helped investigative Journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas to pass his law examination.

According to the lawmaker, he knows the lawyers who marked the exam papers of Anas and how the system was manipulated by the Council of State member before Anas could pass his law exams.

He claims that he has ample evidence, which he will adduce and advance to Ghanaians after Anas and his tiger Eye PI team premieres their latest investigative expose, “Number 12” on June 6, 2018.

“Anas did not acquire his law certificate on merit”. Hon. Agyapong has been yelling, hopping from one media house to the other across the country.

“I know those who marked his papers” He claimed. Adding that, “I will expose him”.

Meanwhile, the Ghana Law School on Saturday sent an SMS message to the host of Joy FM/TV flagship current Affairs talk show, “NewsFile” Sampson Lardy Ayenini to clarify the issues.

“Anas got through law school on merit. He took the prescribed courses and passed. No one favored him”, Host, Samson Lardi Anyenini read out on the programme.

Vice President of IMANI Africa, Kofi Bentil, expressed shock at the allegations by Hon. Agyapong.

“Those who suggest that Anas is supported, his law degree was given by somebody, Anas has not been a popular person across governments,” he said. Mr. Bentil passionately emphasized “Anas was my mate, we protected him. He was learning in my room” stressing “he would go round and do his work. He will come at odd times and spend the night learning. He joined my study class”.

Since Anas and his Tiger Eye PI team started promotions on the impending premiering of “Number 12”, they have come under a barrage of attacks led by Hon. Agyapong who has leveled all manner of allegations, all of which he has failed to prove, not even one.
“Number 12” which is set to expose corruption in politics and football will be premiering at the Accra International Conference Centre on 6th and 7th June, Kumasi on 9th and 10th June, Tamale on 13th June and in Takoradi on 16th June 2018.
