Cristiano Ronaldo: Real Madrid star decides he wants Man Utd transfer, one thing now key

CRISTIANO RONALDO has decided he will only leave Real Madrid for Manchester United, according to big reports in Spain.
Ronaldo is being linked with a Real Madrid exit with Manchester United now frontrunners in the race to secure his signature.

PSG have also been linked with the 33-year-old, who put the footballing world on red alert after the Champions League final last month.

Ronaldo appeared to hint at a Real Madrid exit by referring to his time at the Bernabeu in the past tense.

And Spanish outlet Diario Gol say he is determined to leave for United – and United only.

The Red Devils sold the Portugal international back in the summer of 2009 for a then world-record £80million.

Ever since, however, speculation has been rife he would one day make a dramatic return.

United’s is said to be the only offer that motivates Ronaldo, whose relationship with Real chiefs is at breaking point.

However, Diario Gol add that what he does next hinges on the appointment of a new Madrid boss.

Zinedine Zidane quit last week, citing fatigue, in a decision that supposedly left Ronaldo feeling crushed.

The report indicates that if an authoritative figure comes in, Ronaldo is ready to push for a United return.
