Adane Best begs angry lover to return to him in new song

YEN.com.gh has heard legendary singer Adane Best speak in an audio seemingly begging his lover to return to him.

The audio happens to be a new song the highlife guru has released recently singing his heart out to his lover who appears to have separated from him for some time now.

YEN.com.gh cannot say if it is indeed the life story of the music hitmaker, but his emphasis in the song makes it seems he is singing of his own issue.

In the new song titled ‘Kaafo Don’ meaning ‘Stop Crying’, Adane Best sings of how he still has an undying love for his lover, and why she should return to him. The lyrics of the song portrays a situation of broken trust and disappointment for which the lover had been crying since the separation.

“Who would serve as a messenger to inform my lover that I still love her, that I am dying to be with her again?” “Who would act as the messenger to tell her not to cry anymore because the love I have for her is undying?” “Someone should tell my lover to stop crying because I am coming back to her again,” Adane Best is heard virtually crying as he sings in ‘Kaafo Don’.

He further advised the lover not to allow herself to be deceived by anyone because of the love he has for her has no end. Adane Best is known for his hit songs including ‘Jata Bi’, ‘Mama Mia’, ‘Maafio’, and ‘Skabalanjo’, featuring music trio Praye.

Adane Best remains one of Ghana’s most revered highlife musicians. He is an award-winning musician who broke into the music scene with his debut ‘Ayittey’. The veteran singer is also noted for his sweet voice, and the deep thoughts he communicates in his music.

Other songs of Adane Best are ‘Zaamunya munya’, ‘Dromo’, ‘Shitralo Gbooo mra’, just to mention a few.
