The ‘Grind Day’ hitmaker, Kwesi Arthur has revealed in a new interview that although he has money now and can afford to pay for his formal education, he is no more interested in formal education and he is very okay with his SHS certificate.
According to the fast-rising rapper who broke into the music industry with his Hiphop song “Grind Day”, there was no money to further his education after he completed Tema Senior High School so he had to quit and focus on other things.
But now that he has the money, he is no more interested in any certificates; the SHS WASSCE he has obtained is good enough now. His focus is now on music.
Kwesi Arthur was speaking with the host of Cape FM’s Entertainment Xtra, Emcee Bebe on Saturday, September 29, 2018, when he made those declarations.
“To be frank, I have completed SHS but I I’ve no plans or whatsoever of continuing my education. My focus now is on music not in the acquisition of certificates”, Kwesi Arthur said.
When pushed by the host if he will change his mind in the future concerning his education, Kwesi Arthur firmly stood his grounds and said no.
“Errm there’s no way. I’ve never thought of that. Music is my everything for now. I’m thinking about how to cross boundaries with my music comparable to certificates”, he insisted.
