NABCO IS NOT A SUSTAINABLE JOB FOR YOU TO RELIED ON…. SOCIAL ACTION MOVEMENT (SAM) TO THE NABCO BENEFICIARIES
Social Action Movement ( SAM ) congratulates NABCO beneficiary and charges them to work hard.
GH700 a month not enough for your qualification but manage it and save because you have three years life span . we know your vision after graduation is sustainable jobs but you all know the hypocritical country we find ourselves.
remember to use the ( KPI ) knowledge, punctuality, and integrity.
corruption is in every institution in the nation which the current government is doing it’s best to eradicate or reduce the rate that’s why NANA ADDO and his government has established the office of the special prosecutor to fight against crimes . which many Ghanaian has lose hope in Mr Martin AB Amidu for not prosecuting the wrong doers but rather talking much and do less. (SAM) hopes he will deliver
Our advice to the newly recruited NABCO beneficiaries is to disassociate themselves from corrupt practices and respect the integrity of their coworkers as the Bible says: “A servant cannot surpass his master”
We therefore urged the various institutions where they have been assigned to work to establish a strong cohesion with them, they shouldn’t look down upon them, that’s in terms of salary they are ahead of them while they all works within the same hours.
Finally, Social Action Movement is charging the government to focus on creation of employment to reduce unemployment in the country (Ghana).
The NABCO is an excellent initiative but not sustainable, its only relief some small burden from unemployed graduates parents.
The one district one factory project, if the government focus on it and complete most of the factories before 2020, it will create unprecedented employment in Ghana.
