Auditor-General To Flush Out Age Cheaters At NLA??

There has been an uneasy calm within the walls of the National Lottery Authority on a myriad of issues that have seen the State’s revenue machinery grind almost to a halt.

There seems to be a lot of age cheaters at the National Lottery Authority that demands the immediate attention of the Auditor-General and Public Service Commission.

According to sources at the NLA subsequently confirmed by an insider at Lots Services Ghana Limited, the NLA’s Director of Sales, Mr. George Addo-Yobo is allegedly past 60 years and still at post.

Mr. George Addo-Yobo is alleged to be badmouthing Directors/employees and Service Providers to the Board Chairman and Director-General of NLA to win their favour.

He is reported to have orchestrated the removal of David Lamptey, Acting Director of Legal and Shine Gbologa, the immediate Director of Sales. These two were reportedly considered as threats to Mr. George Addo-Yobo at the Authority, especially Shine Gbologa.

George Addo-Yobo has been allegedly caught on tape informing people outside and within NLA that the Board Chairman and members of the Board have agreed to award him a five (5) year Contract to continue working at the Authority after his compulsory retirement on 9th March 2019.

However, according to an ongoing investigation at the Authority, Mr. George Addo-Yobo was supposed to have retired last year, 2018.

Foxfmonline is reliably informed that the Auditor-General will soon flush out George Addo-Yobo and other Age Cheaters from the National Lottery Authority.

Sources have told Foxfmonline that in the coming days some Ghanaians will be petitioning the Auditor-General and Public Service Commission on the age disparity of Mr. George Addo-Yobo and his supposed Five(5) years contract extension at NLA.

More interesting revelations ahead.

Meanwhile, efforts to reach Mr Addo-Yobo for his reaction to the allegations above, have proved futile.
