Herbalife Ghana forges closer ties with media to promote healthy living

Herbalife Nutrition Ghana has expressed its commitment to forging closer ties with the good people of Ghana through regular engagement with the Ghanaian media with the objective of promoting the well-being of Ghanaians.

The Country Director, Mr. Clarence Amenyah made this known during a series of meetings with a number of media houses in Accra

The Herbalife leadership visited the Multimedia Group, Western Publications (Publishers of Daily Guide Newspaper), Graphic Communications Group Limited, YFM and Happy FM, among other media houses.

Mr. Amenyah noted that it is essential that as a nutrition and wellness brand, Herbalife strikes a mutually beneficial relationship with media houses which share in the vision of the organisation; to see a healthy and productive nation.

“Herbalife Nutrition is interested in entering into partnerships with the Ghanaian Media to send out our message of attaining wellness and to support their various outdoor and health-driven initiatives. As an organisation, we recognize that more and more people are becoming victims of lifestyle diseases, this is why Herbalife is here to help individuals and families overcome the difficulties of modern-day living.

The Country Director reiterated the Company’s support for media practice. “As much as we acknowledge the power of the media to transmit information, we believe the media themselves have to be in a state of wellness to carry out their noble profession. Herbalife Nutrition is open to supporting the media to perform at their optimum level.” he noted

Herbalife Nutrition offers high-quality, science-backed products, most of which are produced in company-operated facilities. The company also offers one-on-one coaching with a Herbalife Nutrition independent member, and a supportive community approach that inspires customers to embrace a healthier, more active lifestyle.

Through its corporate social responsibility efforts, Herbalife Nutrition supports the Herbalife Nutrition Foundation (HNF) and its Casa Herbalife programmes to help bring good nutrition to children in need. Herbalife Nutrition supports more than 190 world-class athletes, teams and events around the globe.
