Is Beyoncé your queen? – Shatta Wale ‘angrily’ asks Sarkodie

After Shatta Wale’s ‘historic’ feature on Beyoncé’s ‘Lion King’ album, many of his colleagues in the industry sent a message to congratulate him and Sarkodie was part.

In his tweet, Sarkodie stated “Welcome home Queen @Beyonce officially Big shouts @shattawalegh!!! And all our brothers and sisters on there…Big One for the culture.”

But in a subtle jab, Shatta Wale who is convinced the rapper’s gesture was not coming from the heart quickly replied, “Is Beyoncé your queen, do you know her?”

“No…Me I don’t know her myself but if Sarkodie wants to write then he should write well for people to know what he is writing.”

When asked during an interview on Zylofon FM why he retweeted all the messages from his colleagues but not the one from Sarkodie, Shatta Wale said “Sarkodie is very ‘too known’. Recently he went to Joy FM or Hitz FM or something…I was watching his interview and he was trying to pose big to me.”

He added the music is not about the dress you wear nor how one speaks to others.

Shatta Wale said, “I don’t like hypocrites around me, Sarkodie has always been a hypocrite…his birthday I didn’t wish him…he thinks he can say this so that people will say Sarkodie is matured.”

He noted maturity does not write music nor bring out the artistic nature in a person because music is never done in such a way.

“I don’t want to roll with people like that and I won’t retweet your anything…I don’t need him and if he wants to advise me then he needs to advise himself,” angry Shatta Wale said further.

According to Shatta Wale, Sarkodie has been one travelling artiste meeting all kinds’ people and snapping pictures with them.

“If today, this can happen to my life I don’t think I need you to come and even talk about it…yes, you can say it but it won’t be coming from your heart…I know it wasn’t him…things happen to me that people are happy about…what did Sarkodie write about my fracas with Stonebwoy,” he quizzed.
