Goalkeeper, Fatau Dauda, has told Citi Sports that he still dreams of a call up to the senior national team, the Black Stars.
The Enyimba FC shot stopper has not featured for the Black Stars since AFCON 2017.
Now 34, Dauda, who won the Nigerian Premier League with Enyimba last year, says a return to the national team is still on the cards for him.
“I’m still active and still playing. It’s about the selection; if I’m doing well and they select me, why not, I will come and serve my nation,”. Dauda told Citi Sports.
Fatau Dauda has played 24 times for the Black Stars since making his debut in 2008.
