None of you had the guts to approach me at the pool – Cardi B blasts female celebrities

American female rapper, Cardi B has lambasted Ghanaian female celebrities for raining all sorts of insults on her via social media and yet did not have the guts to confront her at the Kempinski poolside.

This is the second time the American female rapper has addressed the issue of not being able to meet and greet Ghana’s celebrities on Sunday but this time around she seemed to have been furious.

A section of Ghanaian celebrities yesterday claimed they were “specially invited” to Kempinski hotel at 12 pm for a ‘Meet and Greet’ session with Cardi B and after waiting for over five hours, they were informed that the rapper says she will be ready to meet them rather at 8:30 pm.

This attracted several attacks from the likes of Afia Schwarzenegger, Hajia4Real, Wendy Shay and Victoria Lebene.

Cardi who seemed to have seen all the backlash has hit back, describing her attackers as stupid for not asking why she could not make it instead of dissing her.

The American rapper, who went on further to explain her side of the story, said the promoters of the event did not inform her about a scheduled meet and greet with celebrities, adding that it was not in her nature to disrespect others.

According to her, she was only acting professionally as there was no ‘Meet and Greet’ in her contract.

In the said video, she also complained about her “terrible experience” while performing on stage adding despite the stage lights going on and off, she still managed to perform.

“I asked my booking agent whether I had a meet and greet and he said no. When I woke up, I went downstairs around 3pm to soak up some sun at the pool. I woke up and I saw this rage going on social media and everybody was like, you gotta do a meet and greet. I guess a lot of artistes were upset because they got invited to meet and greet and I wasn’t there and for that I apologize but it wasn’t my fault. When I was at the pool and the same girls talking shit about me, couldn’t walk up to me so I could be aware”. She fumed.
