The vice president of of the Concerned Youth Association (CYO) and other stakeholders of Akyem Maase in the Abuakwa south of the Eastern Region have mounted a defence for their Honourable member of parliament,Samuel Atta Akyea

The move follows the fall – out released by the hired members of the group calling on the MP to construct Old Tafo to Maase and complete the four Wc seater Toilet before June 2020 or else they won’t vote coming general election

However, the same youth group, Concerned Youth Association,in a press release, signed by its vice president ,Kofi Asare Buotu , explained that the released by the group secretary not accurate

Buotu explained that their MP Hon, Samuel Atta Akyea who double as minister for Works and Housing has demonstrated his dedication and commitment to the community through infrastructural and human capacity development

“I, Buotu also the vice president of the Association is , therefore, calling on the constituents and the nation to disregard the released of the secretary on the MP for poor performance

“We, therefore, urge the general public to ignore such publications and unscrupulous altitude of the members meant to undermine the hard work of the Honourable MP and His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo- Addo ” the group stated.
