Ahwoi brothers lose mother

Mother of the Ahwoi brothers, Charlotte Hanson, passed on peacefully at her residence in Lashibi on 20th January, 2020.

She died at the age of 97.



Kwesi Ahwoi, former minister for Food and Agriculture and Ghanaian High Commissioner to South Africa, announced the demise of his mother on his Facebook wall.

“Mum and I, she got her visa finally and left this earthly residence to her heavenly abode on Monday 20th January 2020. What is left of her are memories, indelible memories!!”

Kwesi Ahwoi is brother to Kwamena and Ato. All three brothers are leading members of the NDC.
