Ghana gets one nomination in 7th Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards

Actress and TV show host, Gloria Sarfo, has been nominated for the 7th edition of the Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards.

The actress was nominated in the best-supporting actress category for her role in Shirley Frimpong Manso’s ‘The Perfect Picture: 10 Years Later’.

She is competing alongside Nigeria’s Toni Tones, Eucharia Anunobi, Tina Mba, Mary Lazarus who were nominated for their role in ‘King of Boys’, ‘The Foreigner’s God’, ‘The Set-Up’ and ‘Size 12’ respectively.

Gloria Sarfo is the only Ghanaian to have grabbed a nomination in this year’s edition of the movie award scheme.

Organisers of the 7th Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards announced the 7th Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards on Thursday, February 6.

The nominees’ list was flooded with some of the biggest movies from across Africa including The King of Boys, Plan B, Moms At War and many others.
