Western North:Environmental cleanliness-our commitment-sefwi Asafo Pentecost*

The church of pentecost Sefwi Asafo District has today 27th february 2020 backed on their five days durbar on Environmental care campaign to educate citizens of Sefwi Asafo.
Speaking at the durbar,”on the team environmental cleanliness-our commitment”, the district pastor of Sefwi Asafo, Pastor Ernest Acheampong told the gathering that,this is a nation wide program by the Pentecost church to help improve sanitation in the community.
In addition they provided four trash bin for the community to help prevent litering around in the area.
Hon. Vincent Afriyie, Assemblyman for Sefwi Asafo south thanked the church of Pentecost for the program and also providing them with bins to help improve hygiene in the area
He contnued that, incollaboration with his committee members have putting meassures in place to sanction those who will break their bye-laws made by the community to pay a fine of 20:00 which this is a way of preventing sanitation in the area.
The environmental officer Mr. Brenya Dickson speaking at the durbar said people should desist from making the environment filthy.”since it our duty to summon you people for making the environment for the court to prosecute thas not mean we are your enemies, just obey the rules and improve hygyiene in the area to help for peace to prevail, he stated.
