A Message to the Fathers (Preamble )

“A Shepherd Without an Affection is an Affliction to Your Salvation”
The Ministry Today/Killing Successors before their time
It’s sudden and heartbreaking how the church of God today is doing, how it is standing trials and adjudicating by those without any legal system and Jurisprudence from our father in heaven to do so. They easily pic up the matters of the Father’s vineyard straight to their District Colonial Court and speaking with sentimental naivety, judge blindly, yet some generals of our time sit aloof and watch unconcerned.
It obvious that about 90% of our generals today who parade themselves as fathers (Spiritual fathers) doesn’t know and understand vividly the phenomenon surrounding this Fatherhood and Sonship thing. The man Jesus, demonstrated perfectly the work and characteristics of a father to his children, but what do we see today? “Killing the successors before time”
Now my question is,

1. Who’s a father (spiritual father)
2. Are you really called, ordained or chosen to be a father over someone
3. Whom have you been chosen to be a father over
4. How many people have you been chosen over to father therm.
5. What are the genders of your children and how do you handle and associate with each of them.
6. Why have you been chosen to father them
7. What are the callings, gifts, office of operation of your children
8. Are they in line with yours
9. How many years have you been chosen to be a father over them or how many years are they to serve under you.
These and many questions one needs to enquire well from the Lord before taking the fathering or fathership role.
Base on the concept of Elijah and Elisha, God will not wait for you to die before He chooses your successor. The very day God appoint you for a particular role and mandate, he chooses to you another person who will be your successor and begins to train, build, nurture and prepare you all adequately for the perfection of his work so he takes up the mantle right time before He calls you back to His glory to continue your legacy. God will not wait for one to die or fade off completely before taking time or years to build someone to take up and continue the mandate. Imagine a man having done well to build companies and not having biological children, hence not training anyone also to take up his position if he dies, what do you think will happen to his company? Let’s know this, understand and accept this, so out of envy, greed and jealousy, we don’t kill our successors before time.

How do you feel when you see one of your children emulating you and flowing in your anointing whiles alive? Upon seeing that, it a woke up call to start praying earnestly for such child, preparing him/her well so he/she can take up your mantle and deliver perfectly just like you as he/she loves to or even better than both can imagine. It brings glory, joy and excitement to our father in heaven. But what do we see amongst today’s fathers and sons?.
“Killing the successors before time.”
A moment a father sees his son operating and flowing in his anointing just like him or even doing more than him, there, anger, greed, jealousy envy… etc sets in, hence leading to hatred, fighting, backbiting sabotaging of that son.

Doing everything possible to bring him down so he doesn’t make it in ministry. Awwww, what pity and shame in the ministry (Father’s vineyard work) of God today. “Killing the successors before time”. Sometimes also, we allow people out of our jurisdiction to speak negatively about our successors, we allow them to create loopholes in the relationship between the father and son. Some of the sons also out of envy and witchcraft create confusion between a father and son. Do you ask yourself and enquire well why that person speaking negative and creating confusion between you and your sons is doing so? Wake up! Wake up!! Wake up!!! Mr Spiritual father and open your eyes. You’re killing your successor before the time.

I see it more to be of jealousy, greed, envy and some of them witchcraft manipulations that cause them to do so. It’s good for you to be alive and see your successor before God takes you. But what do we see? Leaders, so called spiritual fathers get irritated and envious to see their successors flowing in their anointing. Instead of them to be proud and appreciate them as well as finding the best ways to nurturing them well to emulate them, they rather stand against them, spend time at midnight pouring oil and communion wines cursing and wishing them not succeeding and making it well in ministry. What a shame!! “Killing their successors before their time”.
They will finish, go and preach about Elijah and Elisha without a vivid revelation and understanding to that very biblical phenomenon.

Who is your successor as you are aging and fading off time?
How well have you nurtured, trained, built or prepared him to take up your mantle. Will you be free, proud and happy to introduce and commission your successor to take up your mantle to continue from where your strength is not taking you to whiles alive now?. Are you dying in fear of not getting the best person to succeed you? If No, then God bless you Mr Spiritual father and if Yes, then wake up! Stop the envy, hatred, jealousy, greed, sabotaging and that judgemental prayers and start doing the needful things. Don’t kill your successors before the time.
Sons, don’t be in a rush to go under anyone in the name of spiritual fathering thing. Ask yourself these, Is the person a good shepherd, what tools does he have in his hands as a shepherd, how and when does he use his shepherd tools etc…?
I will like to take this opportunity to sound a word of caution and advice to all up coming young minister of the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ to spend time and pray well for God to direct them to whom exactly to serve under before making a step. Don’t just get up on the Wings of spiritual father thing and go and be under anyone in the name of spiritual father, spiritual father thing. For:
