W/North:Juaboso churches and mosques fumigated by DCE.

The Juaboso district chief executive,Hon Martha Kwayie Manu also parliamentary candidate for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has led a team to fumigate all the churches and mosques within the district.

Some churches include Roman Catholic, Methodist, Pentecost, Christ Apostolic Church and many more in the district.

During the exercise,she used the opportunity to address leaders of the religious group to possibly adhere to the directives announced by the president of the Republic of Ghana, Nana Akuffo Addo to ensure our own safety.

“Though we have missed our churches’ activities but I will appeal to all christians especially our religious leaders to follow the protocols announced by our president. Nana Addo is doing whatever he can to subside the spread of the coronavirus pandemic but the major role depends on us the citizens” she asserted.

Leader of the fumigation team, Mr Eugene Dwamena also assured to disinfect all the churches before any religious activity starts.
