COVID-19 kills seven more people in Ghana; death toll now 270

Seven people infected with COVID-19 in Ghana have died, taking the country’s death toll to 270, the Ghana Health Service.

Also 95 new cases have been recorded with Ghana having a total of 43,717 cases since COVID-19 first entered the country in March.

The active cases have drastically reduced to 1,604 with a total of 41,843 recoveries or discharges.
