OFFINSO SOUTH NPP PARTY RECALL SUSPENDED MEMBERS WHO INVOKED CURSES.

The New Patriotic Party (NPP) has instructed constituency executives in Offinso South to recall all suspended NPP members who invoked curses on leadership over attempt to disqualify their preferred parliamentary aspirant.

The two members, Mr Kwasi Adu Gyemfi and Mr Offeh Collins Kingsley known as hon Bonti on 5th June, 2020 resorted to invoking deities to register their dissatisfaction with the national executives for what they describe as an attempt to stop Dr. Isaac Yaw Opoku to contest and others to be contested.

According to the supporters, the grounds for attempting to disqualify Dr. Opoku were not legitimate and just a move to ensure that the incumbent Member of Parliament, hon Ben Abdallah Banda to go unopposed.

The members slaughtered a ram in “River Offin Abena” and performed some rituals after they complained that the National Party executives are scheming to have incumbent MP Ben Abdallah Banda to go unopposed.
