TARKWA CITIZEN VIGILANTE PETITIONS MUSEC OVER UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OR USAGE OF FIRE SERVICE YARD OR TERMINAL BY MARKET WOMEN.

I, KWAME ACHEAMPONG BONFUL as a citizen vigilante in TARKWA Municipality in the western region and power given to me by the president of Republic of
Ghana to act as Citizen not spectator am therefore performing my duty to see that nobody invades any state property unlawfully so therefore am petitioning the chairman of MUSEC to come out to tell us if he is the one who gave the said yard or terminal to the market women to be used as cargo station.

Fire terminal or yard must be protected so therefore the yard can never and ever be used as a Cargo station by the said market women. it’s unpalatable to see the cargo cars off-loading foodstuffs and making the place very dirty and using the yard again as an accommodation to certain people during the night.




I am again acting as a Citizen vigilante and a real Ghanaian patriotic to be precise just to see Tarkwa also become one of the cleanest city in the country. I again want to know if they actually gave the market women to use the place as a cargo station or where to off-load their foodstuffs.

Authorities should come out with immediate effect and with all due respect am not against the market women my mother is a trader herself and she has been
trading for more than thirty years and still trading. By using the place as cargo
station.

I Kwame Achnampong Bonful a citizen vigilante wouldn’t allow such
unlawful act to happen in this town so therefore am petitioning the chairman of MUSEC to know whats going on at the yard or terminal.

Occupying the place without any permit or any authorization turns to be an unlawful possession of state property. I urge the market women to find a genuine place to off-load their foodstuffs but not the yard, because we are not praying that there should be a fire outbreak but if it should be, where would Ghana fire service fill their tender. We pray that we all contribute our quota in the positive way to build a better Ghana.

They should find an alternative place for them.
