Gyakie Thrills Fans In Kumasi

THE ‘FOREVER’ hitmaker, Jackeline Acheampong, professionally known as Gyakie, last Saturday thrilled music fans at the maiden edition of a concert dubbed ‘Gyakie Live Experience Concert’ held at The View in Kumasi.

Organised by Flip The Music headed by the label CEO Emmanuel “Mirror” Sedo, the event witnessed historic musical performances by Gyakie, who won the hearts of music fans at the event with her exquisite stagecraft and singing ability.

The highlife/afrobeat singer performed most of her hit songs such as ‘Never Like This’, ‘Nana Nyame’, ‘Control’, ‘So Mi Mu’, ‘Whine’, and ‘Forever’ among others to entertain her fans.

Gyakie did what she knows best, and as usual, she got fans on their feet to dance to tunes.

Music fans at the event admired Gyakie’s performance and poured out their hearts in adoration.

Others who were over excited and filled with the ‘sweetness’ of the rhythms of the songs, were seen dancing to show appreciation.





The event also witnessed performances from artistes such as Yaw Tog, Broni, Malcolm Nuna, Mister Oscar, Omar Steeling, and a host of other celebrated musicians.

The artistes set the entire venue agog when they mounted the stage and treated fans to unforgettable performances, one after the other.

They performed creditably to the satisfaction of all music fans present at the event.

The venue became a dance hall session, with everyone dancing and singing along to the tunes when the artistes mounted the stage.

The event was hosted by Pure FM’s DJ Aroma with support from MC Mensa Jnr, Berima Sean Bills, and iPhxne DJ.
