Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia donate Bus to Sefwi Asafo College of Health

Member of parliament for Sefwi wiawso constituency Hon. Dr. Kwaku Afriyie who double as the Minister of Environment, Science, Technology and Innovation has today 29/08/2021 in collaboration with Hon. Alex Tetteh for Akontombra constituency, Hon. Martha Kwayie for Juaboso constituency and the entire traditional council of Sefwi wiawso on behalf of His Excellency the vice president of the republic of Ghana Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia donate a Bus to Sefwi Asafo College of health based on the promises made on November before the elections for 2020.

Hon. Dr. Kwaku Afriyie speaking to the media stated that the vice president made this promisses before elections in front of Nana katakyie Kwasi Bumangama // so it prompted him to fulfill his promise which he bring this wonderful support as a first installment to the college of health, he said there are more support on the way which he do not want to mention and he predict that Asafo College of health will be one of the best institutions in the country.





The principal of the college Mrs Yaa Aframah konamah stood on behalf of the traditional council, staff and the students and thanked Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia and the Honourable members who contributed to this effort made by the vice president of the republic of Ghana. Speaking to to the media she said, they are facing a lot of challenges such as unlawful entry which sometimes animas such as goat, dog, sheep and turkey turns the compound to be feeding place which is cause by unfenced and no wall. She Appeal to General public and stage holders to support the college financially and materials to build structures as hostels for students, the college is for Ghanaians especially Western North region habitat.
