Court orders arrest of NAM 1, two others

The Adentan Circuit Court has issued a bench warrant for the arrest of Nana Appiah Mensah, aka, NAM 1 and two others.

This follows their failure to appear before the court today, Thursday, 4 November 2021.





The two others are Gabriel Kwamigah, aka, Gabby and Eric Amponsah Bediako, aka, Cana.

NAM 1, the embattled CEO of defunct Mezgold and the two others have been charged with conspiracy to defraud by false pretense.

In court on Thursday, the accused persons who are represented by Lawyer Yaw Danquah, did not show up.
