King Promise Is Spotify’s Most Streamed Artiste

Award-winning Ghanaian Afrobeat and Highlife artiste, King Promise, has topped the chart as most streamed artiste in Ghana, becoming the first Ghanaian male artiste to surpass 400 million streams across all credits on Spotify.




The achievement is driven by popular tracks from his discography, including hits like ‘Terminator’ and ‘Paris’ from his latest album, as well as fan favourites such as ‘Favourite Story’ and ‘Perfect Combi.’

As of September 2, 2024, Spotify statistics reveal that King Promise has amassed over 401 million streams, with 262 million as a lead artiste and 123 million from solo tracks.

His daily streams, averaging over 450,000, underline his global appeal and growing fan base.




These numbers highlight his prominence as one of Africa’s top musical exports.
